Come Train with Us

We are a laid back club who enjoys training, not only for fitness, but also because it is fun to hang out with friends.

Membership

Membership is open to all Women, ages 18 and over.  The current members' age range from 28 to 53, with an average age of 45 years.  As a new club, most of our members are in their first years of the sport.

Our Training Schedule

Because training is more fun together, we have weekly swim, run and bike or strength sessions.  We do as much of this as possible outside from spring to fall, but  move indoor for our workouts through the winter.

Our Coach

Christine McKinley provides monthly training sessions and clinics for our club.  Additionally, for members with an interest in coaching, we can offer opportunities to gain coach experience and funding for certification.
