Our executive meet four times a year in order to ensure smooth running of the club as well as planning our events.
March - Duathlon Series wrap up, and prior to JTI kick-off
July - JTI & Spring into KOS wrap up
October - AGM & Season review
December - Next year's planning starts
In addition to our executive, each event or program requires a small group of members to spread out the work. A benefit of hosting all of our programs and events in the pre-season is that they all wrap up by the end of June, allowing us to hang up our volunteer hats (a bit) for the summer.

Jenn is not new to triathlon and the triathlon community, having attending nearly every race and event since 2019, following her 4 children in the sport. She is new to training and racing herself. To help get her to her first race, she founded the Just Tri-It Winnipeg program, and she Winnipeg's only Women's triathlon Club, MaTRIarchy.

Dot is not a triathlete... yet. After watching her daughter enjoy triathlon for a number of years, she started working at Triathlon Manitoba, Dot is now training for her first race.

Spring into KOS Lead Coordinator
As an executive member you help decide on the direction of our club. Additionally, this member serves as the lead coordinator for our new Kids of Steel event. Don't worry. We do realize that Tom is not a woman. As Jenn's husband and greatest supporter, he has helped get our club and the JTI program off the ground. While Tom happily (and quickly) handed over his actual board position to his sister, he will likely retain the sherpa duties until the end of time, so we give him an honourable mention here.
