Training Schedule

We train year round.  The majority of our group training sessions are uncoached.  Once a month we have a coached training session or clinic. 

 

In addition the the group work-outs below, club members may meet in smaller groups for additional work-outs as they support each other to reach their goals.

Swimming

PanAm TriMb Swim Program

We swim with the Triathlon Manitoba Swim Program on Wednesdays, though members are also welcome to join them on Monday as well (or instead).  These sessions are coached by the TriMb swim coaching team, lead by Coach Chris.

In late spring and summer, we will also have open water swim sessions at Birds Hill Park.

Bike

Various Locations

We bike outside from mid-April to the end of September.  Our location may change over the course of the summer (changes will be posted to the club calendar).

Run

Various Locations

Year round outdoor group runs will get you up and moving.  We split into smaller groups based on pace, all meeting up at the end for high-fives and maybe even some ice-cream or hot coffee.  Our location may change over the course of the year (changes will be posted to the club calendar).

Strength or Indoor Cycle

Location TBD

When we aren't biking outside, we will meet (either in person or online) for a strength circuit work-out or indoor cycle session.
