Just Tri-It Winnipeg ... and we're off...

Just Tri-It Winnipeg was but a twinkle in my eye two years ago. That twinkle picked up a lot of steam in February when I met with Jared & Dot from Triathlon Manitoba and received their support for setting up this program. It has been a whirlwind of planning (finding our amazing coaches and assistant coaches, securing pool time, finding speakers and sponsors, designing the program, etc). So when April 8th finally came around, I was a ball of excitement and nerves.

Name tags printed, signs made, swag kits packed ... and I was ready to meet you all. I am so happy to report that we have the best possible group of 22 women embarking on this journey together. They are enthusiastic. They are fun. They are also a little nervous. It is going to be a great 3 months.
